“Fred’s Lounge” is outlined in fiber with infill. Left to right color changes. “Your Neighborhood Bar” is rendered in single line fiber lettering and remains a constant silver sparkle. Fred the dog is outlined in fiber and is a grey sparkle. Fred’s drink matches the color of the lettering for Fred’s Lounge. Fred’s sunglasses are outlined in red sparkle and there is a reflection of the color of the drink. Color appears to “flow” up the straw.

"Nitewatch II" is outlined in fiber, top downward color changes. Game Room is rendered in single line fiber lettering left to right color changes. The 7’s are outlined and the colors “chase” around the sevens in red and yellow stripes. The coins appear to spin as the colors chase around the outlines. The bell and the cherries are outlined in fiber and remain a constant color and sparkle. Jackpot and Bar are rendered in single line lettering – they light top downward. All of the borders chase from the top center to the bottom center in a mirror image.

The moon appears “full” at first and then suddenly there is a splash above the water and a dolphin appears as a silhouette in the moon. The water beneath the moon is a slow shimmering drift with shades of blue and occasional sparkles.

“Dart Room” is outlined in fiber. Left to right color changes. The dart board is outlined in fiber with highlights. The board is red and white. Occasionally there are three dotted lines flowing left to right and then darts appear on the board. There are two drinks which are rendered in silver sparkle.

“Liberty Port” is outlined in fiber. Top downward color changes through a 36 color rainbow beginning with day colors –yellow to green and then flowing into evening colors – blue to purple. During the night phase there are stars that appear in the sky. The water is a random mix of shades of blue. The palm tree sparkles in green and brown. The border around Liberty Port makes the same color changes as the words in a mirror image fashion from the top center around to the bottom center. There even a few birds sparkling in the sky!

There are various notes and musical symbols which appear and change colors.

“Food Court” is outlined in fiber with colors changing left to right. There are lots of different foods which are outlined in with highlights. This is a bright sign which will bring customers around because it is so visible.

This is an example of an animated outdoor sign. The cabinet is made of metal and the face is an ink jet vinyl graphic laminated to a composite material called dibond. During the day the vinyl graphic is the main image. At night the graphic becomes insignificant as the fiber optics create their magic.
“Heidelberg Bowling Center changes colors from the top downward. The ball is outlined and once in a while is appears to spin as the outline has a chasing pattern. At the same time, the pins appear in a “strike” position. There are burst lines around the pins.
